This luscious pale ale is brewed with New York-grown winter barley and red winter wheat from 1886 Malt House, and hopped aggressively with Chinook and Centennial grown by Chimney Bluffs Hoppery. It boasts big C-hop flavors of resinous pine, refreshing herbal bitterness, and sweet candied citrus backed by velvety and flavorful local malt character. We love experiencing how these beloved hops change in aromatic expression when moved from the pacific Northwest to our own growing region!
