Beer Description

Fermentation starts in open tanks for 1 week, followed by oak for an additional 3 weeks. It is then lagered for several months & finally dry hopped.

Our Pilsener is brewed using a traditional German Double Decoction mash and hopped with German Hersbrucker & Spalt hops.
