Moon Catacomb is our imperial stout brewed with a profusion of specialty malts and fermented cold with ale yeast for malt amplification. Cold conditioned on 1,000 servings of Oreo cookies for decadent hedonism. This beer reminds us of the cacao cities below the moon’s vanilla bean crust, where the Cream Soda wells and maple springs kept us hydrated while we plotted our escape back to the surface across the caramel sea.
