Dry-hopped with American classics Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe for bright citrus with a tropical fruit background. Hybrid style inspired by west coast IPA.
Dedicated to our favorite deep sea critter, we dry-hopped this IPA with three classic American hops: Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe. Bright citrus notes with a tropical fruit background balanced by a soft bitterness. Although this is inspired by the classic West Coast IPA, it drinks more like a West Coast-New England hybrid IPA.
