Fruited Gose with lactose and vanilla.
Don’t Stop Now with Pineapple and Guava is a 4.5% Fruited Gose with lactose and vanilla and the next iteration of this series. This time around we changed up the fruit, doubled the lactose and added 50% more vanilla than the first time we brewed this beer. The result is a low ABV tart fruit smoothie with a big mouthfeel and balanced sweetness from the vanilla and fruit. This could be our favorite Gose we’ve brewed to date and are super excited to share it with you
