We were stoked to brew with Pink Boots hop blend. A elegant, yet potent mix of floral, fruity hop tones, with a touch of dank. We chose a Belgian yeast to complement those hop traits, along with a golden grist, fortified with apricot puree to boot! A light bubble gum ester melds harmoniously with apricot and bergamont flavors. Finish is complex with a subtle pepper spice.
