Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with the UK Yeastie Boys, this beer pours the color of Pink Lemonade with a thin white head. Aromas of zesty lemon and sweet raspberry. Tart and refreshing with subtle notes of fruit on the pallet – this beer is perfect for sitting on the stoop, the beach or the patio. Brewed with Pils and vienna malt. Soured overnight in our kettle with lactobacillus, then boiled and fermented with American Ale yeast. Raspberry fruit added during the fermentation and fresh lemon zest added immediately prior to packaging.
