Beer Description
For NC beer month we brewed this Imperial IPA with all North Carolina malt that we sourced from Riverbend in Asheville, dry-hopped with Mosaic and bumped the ABV up to 9.6%. This deceptively smooth IPA is bright, grassy and lush with tropical fruit.
