Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, primarily Cox’s Orange Pippin, Dabinett, and Chisel Jersey, and aged 12 months, 50% in French oak.

Our flagship cider. Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, primarily Cox’s Orange Pippin, Dabinett, and Chisel Jersey. Aged 12 months, 50% in French oak. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry. Aromas of strawberry, citrus peel, and light oak. Pallet is melon-forward with crushed-stone minerality, tart with soft tannins.
