Beer Description
A take on Mark Zamaitis’ award winning homebrew, this classic hefeweizen contains 60% german wheat & 40% german pilsner malt. Step mashed and partially decoction mashed, it’s creamy withi notes of banana, clove, and a touch of vanilla. We are proud to have chosen Mark and his recipe as the 2019 NYCHG Homebrew Alley Brewer’s Choice Award.
