Beer Description

The new Irish Cream Ale is a smooth, sweet and creamy brew with a light floral hop nose, malty middle and smooth finish. Poured from a pub faucet with nitrogen and CO2 the ale cascades in the Irish tradition and settles quickly to form the perfect head. Don’t miss out on this brand new beer experience available now. Grain: Based Pale Ale 2-row malt. Caramel malt blend used for less than 20% of grain bill. Hops: Willamette, Hallertau. Relatively low bittering hop levels are used with a larger focus on late addition hops for a light yeast flavor. Additives: Non-fermentable lactose. Lactose is used to provide the creamy, sweet qualities and to aid in head retention when poured. O’Malley’s Irish Cream Ale is ideally served between 42-50 degrees F through a pub faucet in much the same manner a properly served Guinness is poured.
