Beer Description
An American twist on a German Hefeweizen. Classic clove and banana notes from the yeast (clove dominant, minimal banana by design) that get to play nicely in the sandbox with both noble and Pacific NW kettle hops. A modest Amarillo dry hopping (hints of stone fruit and candied citrus) ties it all together. Thirst quenching with plenty of flavor, Germerican Wheat is a fun and sessionable alternative to IPA that’s perfect for the warmer weather seasons!
