Mixed Culture Beer with
Raw Honey & Fruit – No apprehension is a simple blonde beer brewed with aged hops that first fermented in stainless steel with a blend of saison and house Brett cultures. It was then refermented with raw amber honey for nine months. We selected three barrels to blend and rack onto raspberries from Mic Klug Farm. No Apprehension has been bottle conditioning for three months. Homemade pie, light earth, expressive fruit & medium acid.
