Beer Description
This fruity take on a classic German Berliner Weisse was brewed with an ample portion of wheat for a smooth mouthfeel and hazy appearance, then kettle-soured for a touch of tartness. After fermentation, the brew was conditioned on nearly a pound per gallon of fresh Pink Guava for a tropical sweetness that’s perfect as we head into the glorious warmer months.
