Thursday June 6th we’re releasing the winning brew from our second annual NYC Beer Week home brew competition. George and Rachel Zeiss took home the prize with a lovely schwarzbier named “May the Schwarzbier With You” which we scaled up and they brewed with us right here in DUMBO.
