Kettle soured hazy New England IPA ith 2-row barley, malted wheat, pillowy soft flaked oats, and a touch of honey malt.
Lucky number seven, right? Hard to believe that this is the seventh time we’ve been fortunate enough to share a pint with all our friends and family. For the occasion we brewed a kettle soured hazy New England India Pale Ale with 2-row barley, malted wheat, pillowy soft flaked oats, and a touch of honey malt as a backdrop to extended whirlpool hopping with Simcoe, El Dorado, and Ekuanot before finishing things off with a double dry hopping with heaps of Citra and Mosaic.
