So, we went out on the water and hand-harvested our own Yaquina Bay sea salt to brew the beer of our dreams. Tart and with a pinch of salt.
With our brewery sitting on the Pacific Ocean, all that salt air went to our heads and had us dreaming of a cold, refreshing salty sour ale.
