Beer Description

The result of parenting has been a complex merger between beer and wine. The barrel has brought wood and the remains of the tannins of the wine.

Sour ale aged 9 months in French oak of red wine from the Priorat and conditioned with brettanomyces bottle.
The bretas, its characteristic aroma and its acid flavor. Based on the recipe follows the tradition of Belgian lambica, with contribution of wheat and aged hops that give the body needed to withstand the not inconsiderable 9% alcohol.
BEER OR WINE? You decide how to call it, but this is an extraordinary, unique product, and it would be a shame to pass unnoticed. The unique barrels that are breeding will be in the BBF. In the bottle, you will have to travel to New York or Copenhagen to be able to taste it. All production is for export.
