Beer Description
We brewed a special batch of sour beer to meld harmoniously with Nine Pine Cider Works Cidre Rosé to further the soft medley of acidic complexity. The result, a bright blushing beverage that blurs the lines between beer and cider. Aromas of clothes line dried laundry, grape bubble gum, and strawberry. Then flavors of apricot, lime, concord grape, and whole wheat scone. Medium body, well balanced, rounded, and superbly integrated.
