Beer Description
We took our base sour and loaded in 800lbs of blueberry puree, fresh lemon peel and vanilla. Deep magenta in color with huge aromas of blueberry pulp, pie crust and wafts of lemon and vanilla. Soft tartness with tannic blueberry coating. Finish is long and residual.
