Beer Description
Brewed with European malt and fermented on Belgian yeast this beer is then steeped on Butterfly Pea flowers, which give it a bright purple hue. Farmhouse ale with bright yeast-derived flavors like cabinet spices, black pepper and stone fruit.
Grisette is farmhouse table beer roughly translating to “lady in grey” although our latest iteration would be more aptly translated to lady in purple! Brewed with European malt and fermented on Belgian yeast this beer is then steeped on Butterfly Pea flowers, which give it a bright purple hue.
