Beer Description
Cold fermented stout was aged for 6 weeks on Cypress spirals lending a tannic wood character with a soft vanilla wafer finish. We then add 50lbs of whole bean South Mountain Cycle & Cafe coffee beans and cacao nibs from Ghana.
