You’ve heard about it. You’ve been warned it’s coming. And now it’s finally happened… with grapefruit.
To make this wet hop IPA, we start with a metric s$*#-ton of fresh centennial and fuggle hops grown locally in Lakeville, MN. How much? We’d tell you, but you probably wouldn’t believe us. We brew the same day they’re picked to get all the nectar and dream-inducing glory from those beauties.
The result is a dank, piney, and floral IPA that’s worthy of its name. So go ahead and have yours. There’s no shame in that. To make it even more special, we added a ton of grapefruit to make it both bitter and sweet, now isn’t that lovely?
Wet hopped using only Centennial and Fuggle hops harvested in Lakeville, MN from hop grower Curt Kaler.
