Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at State Fare in Catonsville, MD, Sled Head is an unforgiving, brooding 9% hop monster of a double IPA. We selected a trio of Norwegian Kveik yeast strains known for producing esters redolent of tropical fruit and tangerine, and the freshest Citra and Mosaic, both in T90 and Cryo form, to form an all-out synergistic assault on the palate. Operating upon a base of 2-row, malted wheat, malted oats, and flaked oats, Sled Head boasts an endless bounty of hop and yeast-derived pineapple, mango, orange creamsicle, and various iterations of greenery.
