Ambrosia sour mixed culture blend with pineapple, sour cherry, mango, marshmallow and vanilla.
Four coolship beers make up the Grandmother Blend, all with a substantial portion of wheat in their grain bill. The first portion (50 percent of the final blend) is a beer fermented in stainless with wild captured yeast and brettanomyces bruxellensis, and refermented on pineapple. The second portion of the blend (10%) is a mulled kriek with Balaton cherries, fermented in an American oak single varietal wine barrel and finished in a whiskey barrel that previously held gin.
The third piece of Grandmother Blend (20%) is a farmhouse ale fermented in stainless and referemented in an American oak wine barrel on Indian totapuri mango, while the final piece (20%) is an acid-forward farmhouse blend aged in a wine barrel.
The final blend was conditioned on marshmallow and Mexican vanilla bean.
