BIOHOP, a NE pale ale, is our first foray into the science of BIOTRANSFORMATION — adding the dry hops during the tail end of fermentation for a unique interplay of yeast and hops for big, ripe, tropical tasting notes.
Biohop is brewed with 100% NY grain and NY Chinook and Copper from crookedcreekhops, along with some Mosaic and Motueka for good measure
