Spirit Description
Pronounced “Guh-vell” uses the same neutral spirit base as our vodka, but then is vapor infused over botanicals. Juniper (giving the scent of pine) is the predominant flavor, but by doing a vapor infusion instead of maceration, results in a lighter gin with a citrus finish (which comes from the orange and lemon peel used as part of the botanical recipe). The name gevell is borrowed from the Latin gemellus (or twin).
