We customized a German style Kolsch by adding fresh blueberry and raspberry during fermentation… this adds a soft rounded berry flavor without all the sugar. We brought hops down a bit to let the fruit shine, making way for a low-calorie beer that is light and crisp with a dry, refreshing finish. Bramble could be described as the spritzer of beers!
