Beer Description
Ghost Mode receives two additions of neo-noble French hops Elixir Alsace and Mistral Alsace, and late additions of coriander, sweet orange peel and black pepper. After a night in the coolship, it was fermented with a blend of numerous wild French yeasts.
Cloudy and copper, this farmhouse ale is rich with all-NJ pilsner, wheat and Munich malts. Ghost Mode receives two additions of neo-noble varieties of French hops, including Elixir Alsace in the kettle and Mistral Alsace in the whirlpool, and saw late additions of coriander, sweet orange peel and black pepper. After a night in the coolship, it was fermented with a big blend of numerous wild French yeast strains.
