Beer Description
Fermented with Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava for a juicy finish, it’s our latest sour ale and it’s delicious. This beer is fermented with a little bit of lactose.
Fruited Sour. As Thurgood Jenkins knows, a “MacGyver” brewer is a handy person to have around. When something breaks, you need a brewer to step up and say “quick – get me an avocado, an ice pick, and my snorkel” and get the job done. A piece of equipment came loose making this beer, and we didn’t have any avocados handy, so we secured it with the next best thing…a beach ball. It worked perfectly. Fermented with Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava for a juicy finish, it’s our latest sour ale and it’s delicious. This beer is fermented with a little bit of lactose.
