Infused with decadent black cherries, it will have you hearing voices inside that just can’t stop raving about its juicy essence and fruity aroma. Upon further analysis, you’ll see that it was psychologically altered by a “wild” yeast known as Brettanomyces, or Brett for short, and then committed to a foeder for many months, where it was barrel-aged to seal in the intense flavors.
