Blonde farmhouse ale brewed with malt from Sugar Creek Malt, Illinois-grown hops, and a big dose of filé made with sassafras leaves from our woods in the aroma. Fermented with our wild house culture. Supremely easy drinking farmhouse ale with notes of citrus and a fruit loop-like finish.
