Spontaneous beer fermented in French Oak, blended with a farmhouse ale aged in a whiskey barrel that held gin along with with about 2 pounds per gallon of Guava. We then conditioned the blend on 6 pounds per gallon of overripe yellow NJ Nectarines.
Spontaneous beer fermented in French Oak puncheons and blended with a brett farmhouse ale, aged in an American Oak whiskey barrel that previously held gin, along with with about 2 pounds per gallon of Guava. We then conditioned the blend on 6 pounds per gallon of overripe yellow Nectarines from Cumberland County.
