Beer Description
Alright alright alright! We may be a little late to the party but this brew will surely make up for it! This is our twist on a classic German style, brewed with a combo of Munich malts and a dash of wheat to boost up the creamy mouthfeel. We then fermented it with our “Pseudo Lager” kviek strain to mix things up. Big notes of Caramel and dark fruits lead into flavors of toffee and toasted biscuit. Ein prosit!
