Beer Description
A lager base brewed with North Carolina malt and Wisconsin honey, Heavy in the Air was aged 12 months in fresh Chardonnay barrels before being refermented on honey dew, cantaloupe, and canary melons from Seedling Orchard in Michigan. Prevalent melon, with supreme honey body alongside notes of vanilla and oak, the richness is balanced by a pointed acid level and bright finish.
