Beer Description
Foeder Coupage is a Bière de Coupage comprised of mature Foeder-aged Saison and fresh Blonde Ale dry hopped with Huell Melon and Styrian Golding. Blended together in stainless and left to further mature, it was then package conditioned with champagne yeast. Limestone, lemongrass, cantaloupe and Asian Pear all dominate the aroma and palate. This beer reminds us of Lemon Lime Gatorade filtered through limestone caverns, canoe trips down the Huzzah River, and slicing pears with a granite knife.
