Beer Description
We’ve spent the last 3 ½ years getting to know ingredients, processes and our brewhouse in pursuit of cramming as much hop flavor, aroma & oil into these exercises in excess as possible. Featuring a yeast blend we have been perfecting for high gravity IPAs, as well as our Hand-Selected Citra, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Cashmere Cryo, HBC 692 from our buds @yakimachief, Strata from our homies @indiehops & Galaxy from Australia in every nook & cranny. We love these beers, We love trying to make them better & we love that you’re taking this journey with us. Here’s to the next 500.
