Barrel Aged Sour W/ Tangerine • 5.8% Bright tangerine zest up front with notes of lemon pith, smooth oak, and tangy acidity. Aged for 12 months in French Oak with our house blend of wild yeasts, and lightly hopped with our hand-selected Citra, before being package conditioned with our favorite Brettanomyces blend.
