Beer Description
Sour ale brewed without hops and aged for two years in neutral oak with wild yeast and bacteria. Transferred briefly to a new oak foeder from Foeder Crafters to add a touch of oak sweetness, then re-fermented on heirloom green gage plums. Complex and drinkable with a balanced fruit character and acidity.
