Beer Description
A blend of ales aged in oak up to 24 months. Then conditioned on NY-grown young Italian plums from Migliorelli Farm for 2 months prior to packaging. Bottle conditioned 3 months. Looks like orange wine in the glass with a hue of ros̩ Рhighly effervescent, with pink foam. The nose is a m̩lange of subtle Brett notes: tart and barnyardy Рnone overpowering or dominating Рand hints of tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor is bright and tart lemon, with juicy jammy concord grape flavors and a dry finish.
