Beer Description
That’s right… a coffee saison. Our brewers sat down to try and create a new take on a coffee beer. We decided to merge the bright notes of a light roast acidic and fruity coffee, with our saison yeast, that is heavy on the citrus and pepper. The end product is a beer that bursts tart berry and bitter chocolate notes shining through the plum and lemon pepper profile of the saison. This beer is a must try.
