Beer Description
This berry tart ale is clean with a pleasantly tart flavor. Our Sapling #8 has intense aromas of wild fresh fruit from a lactic fermentation and loads of fresh strawberries. The grain bill has an American base, Wheat and some European malts for balance. This beer is very lightly hopped with Wai’tai and Nelson Sauvin. We then added hundreds of pounds of fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
