Beer Description
Sun Structures is a traditional Belgian witbier brewed with raw and malted heritage wheat, alongside a clean, bright pilsner malt. Whirlpooled lightly with dried, bergamot peel (bergamot is a native Italian citrus with a hereditary lineage back to Meyer Lemons and Valencia Oranges, used primarily for medicinal purposes and also fragrance), and Indian coriander. Co-pitched with an abbey and saison yeast, bottle conditioned with two types of Brettanomyces and a final saison strain). Expect bright floral aromas of fresh lavender and sharp bergamot oil, backed by brett funk and a classic saison presence. Available in 500ml bottles only!
