Beer Description
Malty without being cloying, bittered and late hopped with the classic American hop cluster. Dry hopped with East Kent Goldings & more cluster and aged on oak.
We based this recipe on a historic IPA from a famous, now defunct, brewery in Newark, NJ. Taste what an IPA would have been like if this were the 1940s. 1.070 OG | 60 IBUS
