A new hop breed “Ella” (little Sister to the well known Galaxy Hop) from New Zealand imparts distinct Grapefruit, Mango, Guava and tropical flavors.
This Classic American India Pale Ale features floor malted Irish Stout Malt providing a wonderful body, and Nutty-malty flavor. A new hop breed “Ella” (little Sister to the well known Galaxy Hop) from New Zealand imparts distinct Grapefruit, Mango, Guava and tropical flavors from the copious amounts added during whirl pooling, and dry hopping!
