Beer Description
This IPA is our biggest Imperial IPA! Hopped at every level in the brewing process, mash hops, first wort hops, boil hops, whirlpool hops, hopbacked and finally dry hopped. 83 lbs of a combination of Summit, Millennium, Citra, Nugget, and Saaz all contributed to just 300 gallons of ale. Hopped with an emphasis on flavor and aroma which come together for a surprisingly refreshing ale.
