Beer Description
Historic, tart German wheat beer brewed with salt and coriander. The salt is to replicate the water in Goslar, Germany where the mineral-rich water would add a salty element. The barreled beer was then open-fermented where wild yeast would add a minor lactic sourness before they were drunk quite fresh
