Beer Description
Collaboration between Golden Roads and Three Weavers, based on the beer they brewed with Banks’s for JD Wetherspoons pubs in the UK.
The grain bill for this beer will showcase all English grains— a heritage varietal of Pale malt, some light crystal, and malted wheat. The hops is where they do their magic. Utilizing centennial for bittering and adding El Dorado, Mosaic, Centennial, and Amarillo at the end of whirlpool. Finally dry-hopping with El Dorado, Mosaic, Centennial, and Citra. The finished product being a not-too-aggressive, but still assertively hoppy west coast IPA with a beautiful light color to send a little California sunshine their way.
