Weyerbacher Two Beers for A.L.S. IPA

Loftus Ranches and Hopunion have created Ales for ALS to support ALS research. They have offered participating brewers access to a proprietary hop blend, free of charge, in exchange for participation in Ales for ALS™! Weyerbacher’s entry, officially called Weyerbacher IPA, weighs in at 6.7% ABV with 77 IBU. The grain bill is mostly Pale malt with a touch of both CaraAroma and CaraHell. 209 pounds of this special blend of hops into 80 barrels of beer has yielded a really, really nice IPA. Look for Weyerbacher’s Ales for ALS™IPA at select bars and restaurants throughout PA, NJ, MD and Ohio. By participating in this program, Weyerbacher has pledged to donate $1 for every pint sold of this IPA!
