Beer Description
This cold-fermented ale is brewed with floor-malted Bohemian barley and wheat which add subtle richness and accents of clover honey.
Ziva Voda is named for the “living water” of Czech fairy tales that heals infirmities and counteracts spells. The addition of whole-cone Saaz hops throughout the run-off and long boil give this beer the distinctive earthiness and spice associated with authentic Pilsners.
